Oy. Just oy. I'm a liberal thinker too, but what a moron.
Obviously he is completely unaware that reverse psychology is not foolproof. Thank goodness the others aren't buying into it enough to pass it.

Steve, actually I already posted on goat sex and man boobs so I won't be posting again on those specific topics. Sorry to disappoint. :) If I can, though, I will try to get some mention of animal sex incorporated into one of my future posts just for you.
Interesting theory to prevent war, but HELL NO!
INSANE! I had read that theory and immediately thought it was the dumbest idea ever for generating anti-war sentiment. Isn't it bad enough that thousands of people have died already?????

What a ridiculous notion. I think the draft had its place but is not relevant at this time.
However, I do have to say, as I am sure you believe, that to serve our country is an honor and privilege and should be held with the utmost respect. The men and women who serve do so bravely and sometimes with great cost and desire to uphold the honor of our great nation.
I was watching that show Brothers & Sisters and was supremely disappointed to see the characters acting REPULSED at the notion that one of them enlisted in the Army after 9/11.
I am ranting so I'll stop. My point being, reinstating the draft is stupid at this time. But to serve is admirable.
As the mother of a boy, any talk of a draft, from either party, makes me very nervous.
